Pro Bike Hire Tenerife:
Tenerife Training has a fleet of great bikes for hire, in all sizes!! Our aim is to provide quality bicycles at reasonable rates - check out the specs + prices below!
We have several different MTB and road racing bikes available for hire, all meticulously maintained. Our hire bikes are prepared before every ride to ensure a maximum level of performance & reliability. Your comfort & safety while riding is also one of our highest priorities.
(note: we are always buying new bikes & selling the older ones; check the photos for the latest bikes on offer)
Each hire bike comes with a map, tool kit, spare tube and 750ml bottle. Most of our road rental bikes now come with compact double (34/50) chainrings & 12-27 cassettes (or even 11-28T). This provides you with a wide range of gearing to help you get up all the hills.
Bike bookings can be made online by completing our online bike hire reservation form. You can now check the availablity of all rental bikes directly with our bike reservation calendar.
We can also deliver bikes directly to your hotel or apartment. Please enquire about other cycling equipment for hire or click here for more detailed information if you are already thinking about reserving a bike with us.

If you're looking to save some money, we have some cheaper road bikes available to rent for 30% discount off the listed prices below!
Merida Road Race 880 racing bikes with traditional geometry, 8 speed Shimano Sora groupset, 12-32 cassette, shimano RS20 wheelset, 105 brake calipers, various pedals. Frame sizes available: small "50cm", medium "53cm".

Additional Rental Equipment:
We now have most brands of pedals which are included in the price of bike rental. Rental helmets are available for an additional €1/day; (€5/week). A limited selection of rental shoes are available for an additional €2/day (€10/week). We now have track pumps and PortaBike carriers for hire at an additional €1/day; (€5/week). Luggage racks for panniers are available at no extra charge.

Forms of Payment Accepted
We currently accept all major credit/debit cards in person upon delivery of the bike(s) through our mobile bank terminal. We also accept full payment in Euros cash.
Note that a 10-20% reservation deposit is usually required to confirm your booking during peak periods. You can do this one of several ways: provide your credit cards details over the phone; send a paypal payment to us via email; mail us a bank cheque in Euros currency; or make a direct bank deposit into our local account(using IBAN).

Delivery Service
We can deliver our rental bikes anywhere in Tenerife. Delivery of bikes to the La Orotava / Puerto de la Cruz area is FREE of charge all year round.
We also offer island-wide delivery during the peak season (November - April), but please note there is a 3-day minimum hire period for all bicycle rentals in the South of Tenerife. Please also keep in mind that we are based in the North of Tenerife, approximately one hour's drive away from Las Americas - hence there is a €10 fuel surcharge for Los Cristianos, Las Americas and Los Gigantes (pickup included). The surcharge to Santa Cruz, La Laguna and Icod is €5.
During the low season (May through to October), a separate delivery charge may be applicable in order to cover our basic running costs.

E-mail or call us now to reserve your rental hire bike! We can offer special discounted pricing for bike clubs. When making a bike reservation enquiry or online booking, please provide us with the following information:
— your height or your known frame size (effective, not sloping geometry).
— your dates of travel & preferred dates of bicycle hire.
— a mobile telephone number (with dialling prefixes) so we can contact you in Tenerife.
— the name and location of your hotel if known.
— please note that there is a 100 Euro refundable security deposit & your ID will be checked on the day.
