To avoid any disappointment, it's best to contact us before your arrival in Tenerife and reserve a bike in advance. If you have any questions, we're happy to discuss all bike hire arrangements via e-mail or telephone.

E-mail is generally the best form of communication for us because it enables us to record multiple bookings as well as send and receive other information efficiently (maps, routes, arrivial instructions, bike specs, bike photos, etc). If you're currently in Tenerife and you'd like to organise a bicycle within the next 12-48 hours, telephone is still the fastest contact method, but please note the hours of business operation below.
