Is it necessary to book ahead for the ferry Gran Canaria to Tenerife, or just turn up at the harbour? 2 Persons with bicycles, during christmas holidays.

I think if you get an early booking, you get better price, but i'm not sure about that.
Usually the only problem to buy the ticket in the harbour on special dates is if you're going by car.

I've always wanted to catch the ferry over to La Gomera for a few days. Truly amazing roads over there (and so close to Los Cristianos too)
