Water available on the Teide?

We are doing a bicycle tour on tenerife. want to go 2-3 days up the NP Road to the base of the Teide. Is there any drinking water available?
I guess there are no Restaurants or food stores , between La Esperanza and Vilaflor? What about Camping (wild camping is obviously forbidden inside the N.P.)?

There are three or four cafés between La Esperanza & Vilaflor.

1. Las Lajas

2. El Parador

3. Meson del Teide

4. El Portillo (the cheapest place)

5. Las Raices
